My Family Album wants to make it as easy as possible for you to have your own special family site, and so we've made it as easy as filling in this form! We also accept three methods of payment, so that everyone can use our services.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard and Australian customers can also use direct deposit or a cheque/money order (please note: these must clear before your website is activated). If you choose to pay by credit card, a minimum payment of 3 months at a time ($17.85) is required.

Please fill in the form below, and your site will be activated within 48 hours of payment clearing, often much sooner! Paying by credit card is the quickest way to get started, using our secure online payment gateway.

If you would like to purchase a domain name, please indicate your choices (in order of preference) on this form. If you chose our regular hosting option, your site will be located at www.MyFamilyAlbum.com.au/yourname. This hosting is included FREE with every package.
